My issue is that I have an different (as per ESG) standard leave absence quota (37 days) which needs to be reduced by 150% for shift employees. I have set the counting rules & the deduction is working fine.
The problem comes once 36 days are deducted by shift employees on the basis of 150% (because of 12 hrs working), then, there is a quota left for only 1 day so the shift employee is losing this day of his leave because the deduction is for 1.5 days so system does not allow him further. I have the same issue for the Junior quota too.
Can someone please help me here ....am I missing on something?
