How can we get the link between Actual activity allocation and Actual template allocation values in Table COEP

Dear All,

I am developing an Overhead report, for which I am considering the values from Table COEP. We are struck at a place where we are unable to map for which Actual activity allocation values which Actual template allocation values are be entered.

I have uploaded the COEP output and RKL stands for Actual activity allocation value and where as RKLT stands for Actual template allocation.
