Hi Experts,
I have came across a problem regarding the Inventory Status (Available-to-Promise) window in SAP b1.
An item shows a list of documents in this window, notably Production Orders, that are showing the wrong 'Delivery Date'. The 'Order Date' does show fine and does match what is displayed on the Prod Order, however the 'Delivery Date' does not match the 'Due Date' on the document at all.
The 'Delivery Date' does pull through correctly for all other documents (like sales orders and purchase orders), however does not seem to be working at all for production orders.
I have checked the history on the Production Order and no delivery date change was made, the document was added with the correct delivery date.
Does anyone know what could be going on here? I have attached a screenshot showing the issue if my explanation was not clear.
