Adding new Package to Existing strategy

Dear Experts,

I am required to add New Package to Existing strategy, Should I add this to after existing ones?

I added the new strategyafter existing ones, Its not sequenced according the Cycle length in the Task Lists.

In above example I want to add 5M package in between 4M and 6M, How to achieve this?
