problem with web service

Hi all,

for the first time I try to create a web service with the PB 12.6 web service proxy wizzard. So far, so good, Powerbuilder says, that I should install Windows SDK for .Net framework 4.0 or higher. On my machine I installed version 4.6 and it does not work.

Any ideas where my fault is?
