ACCOUNTS TAB Default search option based on the Business role.

Dear Masters,

This is related to HTML5 UI-->ACCOUNTS TAB -> Default Search option to “My Accounts” and “All”

We have different business group with different Business roles, One group wants to have “My Accounts” as the default search option in Accounts tab, But other group wants it as a  “All”.

Tried editing  ADAPT->Edit Master layout, Changing here is applying to all the business roles.

Can you help us with the possible approach in achieving this requirement to handle ACCOUNTS TAB Default search option based on the Business role.
