Restrict User to set Deletion Indicator in PO Screen (ME22N)

Hi all,

I want to restrict user to set deletion indicator after PO approved. The user should be able to change other fields, but should be restricted to set deletion indicator.

Is there any UserExit or Badi for this purpose?
