Restricting column display in SE16

Hi All,

We have a scenario, in which we want to restrict display of some columns based on an auth. object.

Do we have any exits or BADI for that in SE16.

I saw this BADI VIM_AE_BADI. But it does not exist in my sytem.

Please help out here, It would be highly appreciated. We can create one view for the table with desired fields but I wan to understand if there is any other way.
