Radio group button label should be constant though values are dynamic

Hi expert,

I have a requirement where I want to show Quarter wise data and the filter should be Radio group button. Actually the fiscal year lies b/w July-Jun and the each Qtr label for current fiscal year at database is like below:

2015-1

2015-2

2016-3

2016-4.

But our customer don't want to see this label on radio button instead they would like to see as Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4.

I think it won't make sense if we hard code it.

Any workaround that we can keep the same label (Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4) even though fiscal year changes?
